📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with GMP and Halal standards.
• Monitor production processes to identify and address any quality issues or deviations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of quality control equipment.
• Assist in the preparation and review of quality reports and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Control, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC within the food manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of GMP and Halal standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as SAP QM, LabArchives, or similar.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.
