📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with national and regional development goals.
• Lead a team of AI experts to execute projects in sectors like education, healthcare, and agriculture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and overcome implementation challenges.
• Monitor AI trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
• Report on project progress and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.

• Represent Indonesia AI Initiative at regional and national AI conferences and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI leadership roles, with a proven track record of successful AI projects.
• Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science from recognized institutions.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and platforms such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud services from AWS and Google Cloud.
• Experience working with government and private sector stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to relocate to Pangkal Pinang.
