• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of beauty therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring optimal staff utilization and client flow.
• Train and mentor staff to maintain and improve service quality.
• Implement and monitor marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain clinic inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle client inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the clinic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
• Certification in beauty therapy or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinic management software such as SalonSoft, MSA, or similar.
