As a Front Office Supervisor at Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences in Kuta, you will oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes. Utilizing your expertise in hotel management systems like PMS (Property Management System) and CRS (Central Reservation System), you will manage reservations, handle guest inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the hotel's high standards of service and guest satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage reservations and guest inquiries, utilizing PMS and CRS systems.
• Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of front desk agents, providing training and support.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on front desk performance metrics.
• Assist in the development and implementation of front office strategies.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using PMS and CRS systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
