📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients based on clinical assessments and health goals.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including nutritional evaluations and dietary histories.
• Provide ongoing dietary counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in nutrition and dietetics.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or a related field.
• Licensed Clinical Dietitian (LCD) certification from the Indonesian Nutrition Institute (INI) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical dietetics.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional assessment and dietary management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, such as Epic or Cerner.
