📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.
• Analyze and interpret cost data to provide insights and recommendations for project improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of final accounts and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field, with a strong background in construction project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
