📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement employee experience strategies that align with company goals and values.
• Conduct surveys and interviews to gather employee feedback and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to create and deliver employee engagement programs.
• Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction metrics to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
• Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and team-building activities to enhance employee well-being.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in employee experience to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Report on key findings and recommendations to senior management and the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee experience, HR, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar tools.
• Certification in employee experience or related fields is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
