At Private Advertiser, we’re at the forefront of renewable energy projects, and we’re looking for a skilled professional to oversee the electrical installation of our EV charging stations and solar power systems. In this role, you’ll manage a team of electricians, coordinate with engineers and contractors, and ensure that all installations meet the highest safety and efficiency standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, installation, and maintenance of EV charging stations and solar power systems.
• Manage a team of electricians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all local and national regulations.
• Train and mentor junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and report to senior management, providing updates on timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during installation or operation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EV technology and renewable energy, incorporating new knowledge into your projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, with a focus on renewable energy projects.
• Certification as an Electrical Installation Supervisor or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
• Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of Indonesian electrical codes and regulations, as well as international standards for EV infrastructure.
• Familiarity with solar power systems and EV charging technologies is a plus.
