As a Bilingual Preschool / Kindergarten Teacher at Yayasan Saka Nusantara, you will be responsible for creating engaging and age-appropriate lessons that foster cognitive, social, and emotional development. You will work closely with parents and other educators to ensure each child's unique needs are met, and you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on young minds.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with national and international early childhood education standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and guardians to ensure open communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's bilingual curriculum, focusing on both Indonesian and English languages.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
• Participate in school-wide events, activities, and initiatives to enrich the educational experience for all students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education.
• Collaborate with other educators, administrators, and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the preschool/kindergarten.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in preschool/kindergarten teaching.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English languages, both spoken and written.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent professional qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Experience with early childhood education software and tools, such as SmartKid, KidzRoom, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passionate about fostering a love for learning and supporting the holistic development of young children.
