🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational readiness or project management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific tools and software, including CRM systems and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Certification in operational readiness or project management is a plus.
