📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct tax planning and compliance activities to minimize tax liabilities and ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, including corporate, individual, and payroll taxes.,Advise management on tax-related issues and strategies to optimize tax positions.,Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to tax policies and procedures.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data for tax purposes.,Provide tax-related training and support to employees as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is required.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
