📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including stock control, ordering, and inventory management.,Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and handling customer complaints.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, displays, and restrooms.,Assist in the training and development of new store staff.,Monitor and report sales performance to ensure targets are met.,Assist in the preparation of store reports and documentation.,Participate in store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Store Operator, Sales Associate, or similar role is preferred.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail operations and customer service best practices.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
