📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with all products displayed attractively and accurately.,Train and develop store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the store.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure the store is meeting sales targets and goals.,Maintain a clean and safe store environment, with all health and safety regulations in place.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management position, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire store staff.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, including POS, inventory management, and reporting tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.
