📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality and safety standards are met.
  • Manage and mentor kitchen staff, including chefs and support staff.
  • Develop and implement daily meal plans and menus in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Ensure efficient use of ingredients and resources to maintain cost-effective operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Participate in inventory management and procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the hotel's dining services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a team and take initiative.
