The Arnott's Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Lead to join our Manufacturing & Production Operations team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations during shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or production operations and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet production goals.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report on performance metrics.,Collaborate with management to develop and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or production industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing teams effectively.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production planning software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.,Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
