📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell products to customers in a retail setting,Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences,Maintain a high level of product knowledge and demonstrate it to customers,Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance,Assist in store setup, organization, and maintenance,Provide excellent customer service and handle any complaints or issues,Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers,Adhere to company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education,Prior experience in retail, sales, or a related field is preferred,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Friendly and approachable demeanor,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new products and techniques,Ability to lift and move products up to 20 lbs
