Newport World Resorts is seeking a dedicated Safety, Environment, and Compliance Officer (SEPCU) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, as well as maintaining our resort's compliance with all relevant regulations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class resort and make a significant impact on the safety and sustainability of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety and environmental programs that comply with all relevant regulations and industry best practices.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to staff on safety, environmental, and compliance matters.,Maintain and update safety and environmental documentation, including incident reports and corrective action plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and codes, including but not limited to health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Investigate incidents and accidents to determine their causes and implement measures to prevent recurrence.,Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure that safety and environmental considerations are integrated into all aspects of resort operations.,Monitor and report on key safety and environmental performance metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.,Certification in Safety, Environmental, or Compliance-related fields is a plus.,Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
