📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews and providing feedback.,Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.
