The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the structural design and analysis of marine and offshore projects.,Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations.,Lead a team of structural engineers and technicians.,Review and approve design drawings and calculations.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure project integrity.,Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro).,Familiarity with international standards (e.g., API, ISO, ASME).,Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid professional engineering license is a plus.
