📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets.,Implement and monitor production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high performance standards.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Maintain a safe and productive work environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control methods.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with ERP systems and production software.,Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.,Proven track record of improving production efficiency and quality.
