📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead a team of backend developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and build scalable and secure backend systems.,Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of backend applications.,Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard our systems and data.,Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.,Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong background in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js).,Experience with backend frameworks and technologies (e.g., Django, Spring, Express.js).,Strong understanding of database systems and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.,Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).,Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).,Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
