📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Batang, Jawa Tengah.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
