Bright Fast Indonesia is a leading company in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Quality Control to join our team in Ciamis, Jawa Barat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests to ensure products meet established standards.,Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control practices and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.,Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.,Conduct internal and external audits to assess quality control processes.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
