You'll use industry-standard tools like AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project to streamline processes and deliver exceptional results. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the accuracy of cost data and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.
- Analyze and interpret cost data to provide insights and recommendations for project improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in the preparation of final accounts and financial reports.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field, with a strong background in construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
- Certification in Quantity Surveying or a related field (e.g., RICS, CIOB, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
