📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices, implementing improvements as needed.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CMA (Certified Management Accountant) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
