In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity and consistency,Develop user guides, manuals, and other reference materials,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide support to customers and internal teams as needed,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and practices,Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken,Experience with documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and collaboration skills,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
