In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of Puskesmas Cahya Gadget.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the organization, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control expenses, and ensure that all financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management, and assist in the development of financial strategies.,Manage relationships with external auditors, accountants, and other financial service providers.,Ensure that all financial operations are conducted in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
