📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day.
• Develop and present comprehensive wedding plans, including budgeting, timelines, and vendor selections.
• Coordinate with over 20 vendors, including photographers, florists, caterers, and event planners, to ensure seamless execution.
• Use Cocktail and WeddingWire to manage client communications, contracts, and payments.
• Oversee the creation of detailed wedding day schedules and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor the budget and make adjustments as needed to keep the wedding on track.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in luxury wedding planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury wedding planning or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing high-end weddings.
• Certification in wedding planning, event management, or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
