📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain high standards of product quality and customer service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels.,Represent the company at local events and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong understanding of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
