📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and executing daily menu operations.,Oversee the preparation of food items, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.,Manage and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food preparation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Monitor inventory and ordering of food supplies to ensure availability and cost efficiency.,Participate in quality control processes to maintain the highest standards of food service.,Handle customer complaints and feedback to improve service quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and recipes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and ensuring food safety and quality.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.
